How credits work
Each plan comes with a monthly allowance of AI and text credits. It resets on the 1st of the month and doesn’t roll over. If you need more, buy a pack: packs last 12 months and are used after the month’s allowance.
AI credits
One AI credit is 1p of what the AI provider charges, so you pay what a question really costs. A typical Ask Claude question uses about 30 credits. Your subscription page shows what’s left and roughly how many questions that is.
On plans with AI. When credits run out, a new question waits for a top-up; one already running finishes.
Text credits
One text credit is one text message segment, so a long message may use two or three. If credits run out, automatic messages go by email instead where the contact has an address, and the job shows it.

- Anyone who signs in to Aimee One. Staff you only schedule, cost or pay can be kept as records without a login, at no charge.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. Move up or down from Settings → Subscription whenever you need to, as long as your team fits the new plan’s logins.
